Cobro indebido

Estimados, he recibido un cobro de una empresa llama Delirnomad por 39€ , desconozco el porque de este debido, es un fraude ya que no tengo una suscripcion o compra con esta empresa fantasma, el banco no puede hacer nada solo pide que coloque una denuncia, ya les pedi que bloquearan a ese usuario en mi cuenta y no me contestaron, por favor solicito la devolucion del importe ya que es un robo y adicional bloquear a esa supuesta compañia y no puedan hacerme nuevamente algun cargo
