Alquilé una furgoneta. Me la dieron con 1/4 del depósito y la devolví con 1/2 depósito. Puesto que la política de la compañía es devolver el depósito con la misma cantidad que se recibe. Solicito la compensación por el combustible extra. Tengo fotografías que lo demuestran

Our records show that you were not charged for refueling. The reason you did not receive a refund for the full amount of the deposit is because you were charged for 2 days instead of 1 day. The reason you were charged for 2 days instead of 1 day is because of when you returned the vehicle. The billing is processed in 24-hour cycles.'¯There is a 29-minute grace period for daily rentals.'¯If the vehicle is returned within 2.5 hours of the time it was rented on a subsequent day additional hourly charges will apply. If you return the vehicle 2.5 hours or more from the time it was rented on a subsequent day, you will be charged for an additional day of rental. You picked-up the vehicle on February 26, 2022 at 9:29 AM and you returned the vehicle on February 28, 2022 at 8:00 AM. Dear Sir, I rented a van the 26 of February at 9:00 am and I returned it the 27 of February at 20:09 (I attach proving photo). Your Enterprise office was closed because it was Sunday evening. I paid for 2 days. That is correct. The problem is the deposit of diesel. When I received the van there was 1/4 of diesel in the deposit. When I returned it there was 1/2 of diesel in the deposit. Thanks for your reply but I can not be agree with it because if I return the car with less gas I must paid for the extra gas and I be punished with 18 euros extra. If I return the car with more gas, I can not be refund for it? I think is not fair. Kind regards, José Fernando Lozano
