El pasado mes de enero alquilé un coche con la empresa para un paseo familiar, todo bien. Sin embargo el 3 de febrero recibí un cargo en mi tarjeta por 25 euros sin explicación alguna, llamé por teléfono y me dijeron que al parecer habían recibido noticia de la policía de una infracción que me correspondía y que por pasarle mis datos a la policía hacían un cargo de 25 euros. Recuerdo haber conducido con mucho cuidado de no cometer ninguna infracción, aún así ellos dijeron no tener nada que ver. Cuál no sería mi sorpresa al ver que el 5 de febrero volvían a cargar otros 25 euros!!!! Hasta los momentos no me ha llegado multa alguna salvo perder 50 euros sin razón. Creo que es una burla, máxime cuando a mi marido que también alquiló un coche al mismo tiempo también le cargaron 25 euros. En total nos han sustraído 75 euros sin ton ni son, me parece un abuso insostenible y descarado. Solicito una explicación real y la restitución de los 75 euros. Atentamente P.A.

However, on February 3 I received a charge on my card for 25 euros without any explanation, I called by phone and they told me that apparently they had received notice from the police of an infraction that corresponded to me and that by passing my data to the police they were doing a charge of 25 euros. I remember driving very carefully not to commit any infraction, yet they said they had nothing to do with it. What would not be my surprise to see that on February 5 they returned to charge another 25 euros !!!! So far I have not received any fine except losing 50 euros for no reason. I think it's a joke, especially when my husband who also rented a car at the same time was also charged 25 euros. In total they have stolen 75 euros from us without rhyme or reason, it seems to me an unsustainable and shameless abuse. I request a real explanation and the restitution of the 75 euros.
