Tengo un contrato con euskalte, a través del cual poseo la suscripción a netflix, por lo que el cargo es a través de la compañía de teléfono. Yo no he autorizado el cargo en mi tarjeta de crédito para el cargo del coste adicional, desconozco como han podido acceder a ella, pero no tienen mi aprobación, y la compañía de teléfono, asegura que es un cargo no procedente. Ruego devuelvan los cargos de julio, agosto y septiembre, y se abstengan de seguir pasando los cargos.
