Solicité la devolución de uno de mis vuelos cancelados y hace mas de un año que sigo esperando dicho dinero. No contestan emails, el teléfono no funciona. Como consumidor me siento 100% estafado. Siento que me han robado mi dinero. La aerolínea me dice que no puede hacer nada, que deben gestionarlo desde TripAir. Solicito urgentemente la devolución de mi dinero. Me comentaron que podría tardar entre 3 y 6 meses y llevo más de un año esperando. Quedo atento a vuestra respuesta, no descarto la via judicial. Gracias.
