REALICÉ UNA RESERVA DE DOS VUELOS A TRAVÉS DE TRIPAIR EN MARZO DEL 2020. CON MOTIVO DEL DECRETO DEL ESTADO DE ALARMA, TUVE QUE ANULAR ESTOS DOS VUELOS, YA QUE LÓGICAMENTE NO ERA SEGURO VIAJAR. ACTUALMENTE TRAS CONTACTAR INCESANTES VECES, HAN TOMADO POR SU PARTE LA DETERMINACIÓN DE NO CONTESTARME MÁS A LOS CORREOS, NI DARME NINGÚN TIPO DE RESPUESTA A LAS PREGUNTAS QUE LES HE FORMULADO Y POR SUPUESTO NADIE ME REALIZA MI REEMBOLSO, HABIENDO PASADO YA CASI UN AÑO Y MEDIO. POR LO QUE CONTINUO SIN EXPLICACIONES, SIN VIAJE Y SIN DINERO.

Dear customer, Following your inquiry for refund, we would like to inform you that we have contacted the airline regarding the refund and the airline has informed us that you are entitled to partial airport taxes refund of 111.38 eur , as per fare rules or the airline. Alternatively, we can try to issue vouchers equivalent to the value of your tickets, on exceptional basis. As you were no show on the flight the voucher issuance is not guaranteed, but we are willing to proceed with the needful on your behalf. Please also note that, as a sign of goodwill, tripair will not charge service fees in case of refund. Kindly inform us how you would like to proceed in order for us to inform the airline. Further to your correspondence, kindly allow us to note that Tripair is obligated to proceed with the reimbursement in the same account which was used during the booking process, for security reasons. Even if the credit card associated with the specific account is deactivated, the account will remain valid. In fact, your financial institution is obligated to keep the account active until the final clearance at the end of the year. Therefore, the amount which you are entitled to cannot be lost. Of course, you may contact your bank in order to certify. As already advised, the refund has already been settled from our part and did not bounce back.
