Hola, antes de la Covid-19, compramos dos tiquets de vuelo a Praga. El caso es que nos dijeron que no nos reembolsaban el dinero, pero nos davan vales para volver a hacer la reserva. En el correo electronico solo noms ha llegado uno de los vales, pero el otro no.

Tripair is a travel agency not an airline company. Thus, we cannot proceed with any flight amendment/ cancellation neither offer alternatives that the airline does not authorize. Czech Airlines filed for insolvency due to the COVID crisis, therefore they took over your booking's control and issued vouchers directly. No me digais que vosotros solo actuais de intermediadores. Por eso mismo teneis que devolvernos el dinero de vuestro bolsillo, porque como intermediadores sois una mierda. Sacar el dinero se os ha dado muy bien, pero ahora que teneis que dar la cara no lo haceis.

Dear Sirs, The airline that you booked with, has now filed for insolvency. This outcome could not have been foreseen, hence tripair took all necessary actions to arrange a refund on your behalf. Unfortunately though, the insolvency proceedings interrupted all refunds and the affected passengers are only eligible for Czech Airlines vouchers. Thus, you were advised accordingly from our part. Aver si os poneis deacuerdo de una puñetera vez. Ya nos hemos puesto en contacto con la compañia, y nos han dicho que es el intermediador (osea, vosotros) quien debe solventar esto.
