en el año 2019 contrate con tripair un vuelo a Tailandia con la compañia de vuelo SWISS, quisiera recuperar el importe, de este vuelo pues no puedo volar a Tailandia, por que en este pais piden cuarentena a los turistas, lo he pedido a traves de la pagina de tripair pero me comentan que se lo han pedido a la compañia de vuelo, me pongo en contacto con la compañia de vuelo y ellos me dicen que el reembolsa lo tiene tripair, sigo sin tener el dinero en mi poder, pido os pongais en contacto con tripair y pidais el reembolso por mi.

Greetings from tripair, Following up on your latest correspondence we would like to inform you that the airline has now authorized the applications corresponding to your booking. So, we forwarded the case to our cooperating bank for processing because the original transaction is past-dated (done more than a year ago). Thus, automatic refund is technically impossible. In fact, we reached out to Piraeus Bank (our cooperating bank) and asked them to handle your refund directly and by priority. The bank confirmed that this case is on priority and the refund will be done soon. Greetings from tripair, As per our previous correspondence, the original transaction is past dated (done more than a year ago), hence automatic refund is technically impossible. So, according to the airline's approval, we forwarded the case to our cooperating bank for processing. Usually, in such cases, the transaction is settled in 15 working days approximately. At this point we would like to note that the unusually high volume of requests that all parties receive at the moment inevitably causes delays in the standard settlement times. In light of the above, our team contacted our cooperating bank asking them to prioritize this case and will keep pursuing this case until the transaction is completed.
