Buenos días. El pasado 29/10/2020 tuve que cancelar la reserva 43-2842789, para una estancia de 4 días en un hotel de Tenerife por las restricciones de movilidad que entraron en vigor el día siguiente, 30/10/2020, en mi comunidad autónoma (Catalunya) por las cuales no se me permitía la salida de la comunidad por temas de ocio. En dicha cancelación se cargaron unos gastos por la mitad de la reserva y la otra mitad fue reembolsada. Solicité el reembolso de los gastos de cancelación mediante el apartado de contacto de su web pero no he obtenido respuesta. Las restricciones de movilidad territorial por covid que entraron en vigor el mismo día de la reserva son una situación excepcional y no proceden los gastos de cancelación en esta situación. Muchas gracias.
