- Se realizó reserva por viaje de negocios en hotel Pirineos Pelegrí de Figueras del 2/07/20 al 4/07/20, a través de Hotelopia dentro del programa de ventajas de ING. Se abona la estancia con tarjeta de crédito ING. - A día de hoy, no se ha recibido la factura final correspondiente (solo la proforma, que no tiene validez legal). - Se reclama el envío de la factura a través del servicio de atención al cliente de la web de Hotelopia el 7/07/20. Se da acuse de recibo automático, pero a día 11/08/20 aún no se ha recibido contestación, superados ya más de 30 días. - Se intenta reclamar por teléfono (en el número 971 211 645 y por línea de pago). Tras más de 20 minutos de espera se corta la llamada. - Se intenta reclamar a través de ING, pero el banco lo desestima al no ser ellos la empresa que ofrece el servicio. - Se envía mail al hotel donde se efectuó la estancia por si ellos pueden reclamar la factura. No se recibe respuesta. - Se reenvía mail a Hotelopia, a una dirección alternativa a la del formulario de atención al cliente (headoffice@hotelopia.com). No se recibe respuesta. - Ante la falta de respuesta por parte de Hotelopia, se efectúa esta reclamación a través de OCU. Por todo ello, se exige a Hotelopia que cumpla con sus obligaciones legales y emita de inmediato la factura definitiva con los datos de facturación consignados en la reserva.
