- El 31 de enero realicé la CANCELACIÓN de la reserva 136-1020050. Dentro del plazo de cancelación. - En el email de confirmación de cancelación ponía que se me reembolsaría el dinero en un plazo de 5 a 20 días y aún hoy, más de 5 meses después no tengo ningún reembolso. - imposible contactar con ellos: reclamado en su web varias veces y teléfono imposible, salta contestador. Estoy preocupada. - Importe 364,31€ Gracias Un saludo Violeta Jaén.
