Hola, realice una reserva en el hotel hesperia san just a traves de hotelopia para el proximo 17 de junio y debido a las restricciones del coronavirus no se podra llevar a efecto dicho viaje. Entiendo que son circunstancias ajenas a mi voluntad y que por lo tanto se debe realizar un reembolso o abono mediante algun medio para el disfrute de dicha reserva cuando hotelopia y los hoteles de Barcelona lo permitan.

Esta situación es lamentable para todos, pero lo que el hotel no puede en ningún caso es apropiarse del importe de una reserva a la que no es posible acceder por imposición del Gobierno. Yo he contratado con HOTELOPIA y por lo tanto es HOTELOPIA quien tiene que gestionar la devolución de una reserva que no es posible utilizar. Insisto en que deben de forma urgente devolver el importe o en su defecto facilitar un BONO para el disfrute en HOTELOPIA de una reserva futura. Quedo atento a sus comentarios y, por favor, yo contrate en idioma español y necesito una respuesta del país donde contraté o al menos en el idioma en el que hacen sus negocios aquí. hagan un esfuerzo y no me contesten en otro idioma ajeno al mío.
