Hola! Realicé una reserva del 9 al 14 de abril en Hotelopia. Me puse en contacto con ellos por cancelación por COVID y recibí esta respuesta: Buenas tardes, Me complace informarle de que la reserva ha sido cancelada sin castos de cancelación debido a la Fuerza Mayor en la que nos encontramos. No duden en contactar con nosotros si tiene alguna duda. Gracias. Saludos, Joana Horrach Pero después de casi 4 semanas no he recibido el dinero pagado.
