Two days before leaving, the tickets still haven't arrived. What can I do?

If after you have booked the tickets, you have the general terms of sale that show the dates of the order, payment and remittance, and have respected the obligations you have (mainly payment), the seller should also fulfil his obligations.

Get in touch with the seller straight away or with his representative (with the booking centre, for example), by phone or by e-mail and ask him to confirm the bookings, or else propose a solution (like sending you a copy of the tickets by fax, e-mail, etc.). They might propose that you collect the tickets directly at the box office where the event takes place, or an agency or representative of the seller near where you live.

If you do not receive any confirmation, send a message saying that you understand the tickets are confirmed and are available for delivery. In all events, keep the proof of payment, fax, telegrams, e-mails, etc.

I bought tickets for the best seats, and found I was sitting behind a pillar. Can I claim in any way?

Yes, since this is a specific and concrete booking. Immediately demand to occupy the seat that corresponds to the one you have bought. If this is not possible, check for yourself to see if there is any other solution and ask for the alternative you propose to be applied.

Confirm your complaint and also inform a representative of the company where you bought the tickets about the situation.

If necessary, do not hesitate to demand indemnity for the difference in price between the tickets you paid for and the ones you used, and also for all the trouble, inconvenience and damage this has caused.
